Starting today we will regularly be adding articles that in some way touch on feelings and mental health (which admittedly is a pretty broad topic!). Just like our Instagram feed, we hope to have a varied mix of content that helps you better understand your feelings, learn how to manage and act on your emotions or simply lighten to mood and bring a smile to your face - feelings don't always have to be so serious.
We have many ideas for where we want to take this, but ultimately, we want your input to make sure we're writing and creating content that you find supportive and interesting.
